Within 24 hours you get an area-by-area scope, visit days and times, and one monthly price. The agreement has a 30-day termination clause.

Your crew starts
Your account manager is on site for your first clean. After that the same crew cleans on schedule, and your account manager visits every month to inspect and check in with you.
