Our story
About Cincinnatus
A family-run commercial cleaning company that shows up when it says it will and does the job right.
Why "Cincinnatus"
Lucius Quinctius Cincinnatus was a Roman farmer who was called away from his fields to serve. He did the job he was asked to do, then went home as soon as it was done. Cincinnati takes its name from the Society of the Cincinnati, which honored him.
That's the standard we hold ourselves to: come when we're expected, do the work properly, and leave every space in better order than we found it.
Who we are
Cincinnatus Commercial Cleaning is run by Matt and Alicia, and has cleaned offices and businesses around Cincinnati since 2017, first as Pristine Premises LLC.
We focus on smaller commercial spaces: medical and dental practices, professional offices, and small businesses under 15,000 square feet. Those clients deserve the same attention a big building gets, and they rarely get it from companies built for office towers.
What we stand for
How we work
The same crew
Clients trust people, not companies. We keep the same crew in your space and tell you before anything changes.
Problems handled fast
If something isn't right, we respond within 2 business hours, apologize, and fix it. No excuses.
Honest about damage
If we break something, we tell you the same day, before you find it, and make it right.
See what your space would cost
A 30 to 45 minute walk-through, then a written proposal within 24 hours.
